职位描述：
提供跨制造设施的测试设备和调试支持。
识别和分析故障原因，测试和诊断产品以防止问题再次发生。
能够独立工作、自我激励和良好组织。
1. Identifying and analyze the cause of failure, testing and diagnosing products to prevent reoccurrence of problems. 识别和分析故障原因，测试和诊断产品，防止问题再次发生。
2. Interact with device and process engineers to determine relationship of materials properties electrical performance and quality engineers assist in risk assessment. 与设备和工艺工程师互动以确定材料特性、电气性性能协助风险评估。
3. Develop, record and perform various failure analysis Ｏn system and components to identify root cause. 开发、记录和执行系统和组件的各种故障分析以确定根本原因。
4. Develop formal failure analysis report data and finding of complaint to the team after analysis completion. 制定正式的故障分析报告数据并和团队分析。
5. To train, and provide guidance to a group of EMS technicians Ｏn test hardware and PCBA debugging skill for existing and all new models to ensure daily rejected PCBA are repaired Ｏn time without affecting planned shipment schedule. 培训和指导一批EMS技术人员对现有和所有新型号进行硬件测试和PCBA调试技巧，确保每天不合格的PCBA按时修复，不影响计划的出货时间。
6. Provide test & debug support during NPI and mass production. 在NPI和批量生产期间提供测试和调试支持。
7. Optimize test cycle time, yield improvement and resolve compatibility. 优化测试周期时间，提高良率并解决兼容性问题。
8. Participate in quality meeting with EMS monitoring their quality indicators and drive for continuous improvements. 与EMS外协一起参加质量会议，监督他们的质量指标并推动持续改进。
9. Support of new test firmware implementation analysis and data collection. 支持新的测试固件实现分析和数据收集。
10. Resolve yield problem by performance analysis of root cause, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements. 通过进行根本原因分析、制定和协调纠正措施以及监控改进来解决良率问题。
